King Charles puts family over feud, extends olive branch to Prince Andrew

King Charles seems to be prioritizing his family over feuds as reports suggest he has allowed Prince Andrew to attend Royal Family’s Christmas celebration at Sandringham.

According to The Mirror, the monarch has extended an olive branch to his “disgraced” brother amid their ongoing feud over his residency in the Royal Lodge.

The feud between the brother began after Charles asked Andrew to vacate the 30-room estate. Later, royal commentator Robert Hardman revealed that the monarch has cut off his financial assistance.

Andrew needed his personal allowance to maintain his residence at the mansion. However, reports suggest that he has assured Palace authorities that he can afford to pay his own bills.

Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Charles has invited the Duke of York to join the rest of the family members at this year’s Christmas celebrations.

This comes after an insider claimed that Charles’ “patience” has run out when it comes to funding his brother’s lifestyle.

“If Andrew can pay for his own upkeep with legitimate means, then it is not an issue,” the insider said.

They added, “But the King’s patience has run out when it comes to funding his brother’s lifestyle in a way that does not fit his status.”
