Recently, their private chef took to his social media to give a glimpse of what Bollywood’s It Couple eats on a day-to-day basis. Chef Suryansh Singh Kanwar shared snippets from Ranbir and Alia’s daily menu and safe to say, that the couple never compromises on their diet.
In a video shared by Chef Suryansh Singh Kanwar, the menu for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt included a balanced diet that had a flavourful mix of Indian and Western dishes. Sharing the video, the chef wrote, “Cooked up some magic for #ranbirkapoor & @aliaabhatt over the past few days! Had such a great time working for this very cutesy couple!”

The chef cooked up delicious dosas, a perfect sunny side up omelette, egg appams with coconut chutney, tadka dal, hummus, meatballs and spaghetti, fried rice, banana cinnamon toast with sunflower seeds, and so much more. Their diet also included grilled salmon, calamari, tofu tossed in black bean sauce, tortellini pasta, and dumplings. The chef also included some wholesome desserts on their menu and whipped up kheer, custard, and porridge as well.
The impressive video has given fans a peek into the wholesome and nutritious diet of Ranbir and Alia. It showed how the couple balances their diet well and also satiates their cravings without going overboard. Ranbir and Alia have always been strict about their diet and they believe in balanced diets which include a wholesome mix of healthy carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
